HUDSON, NH — November 15, 2023: Approved Sheet Metal, a leading custom sheet metal fabrication company based in Hudson, New Hampshire, announced today the acquisition of Technical Machine Components, a CNC machine shop located in Hudson, New Hampshire. The Acquisition will provide Approved Sheet Metal and its growing customer base with a dedicated facility that will focus on machining operations that are complementary to existing Approved Sheet Metal customer projects. Approved Sheet Metal has welcomed all employees from Technical Machine Components to its team, Approved Sheet Metal now employs 48 people across both facilities.
Since its inception in 2020, Approved Sheet Metal has been transitioning into a low-quantity prototype-centric business with short lead times and expedited services for product developers who need custom sheet metal parts fast. The recent acquisition of Technical Machine Components represents a significant milestone for Approved Sheet Metal, as it marks a strategic move towards providing a more comprehensive suite of services.

His desire to grow with complementary businesses in different segments of metal fabrication led to his acquisition of Approved Sheet Metal (previously April Metalworks) in February 2020 and Approved Sheet Metals' acquisition of Nashua Fabrication in June of 2022.
