I’ve been working with ASM for about a year now. After I placed my first order with them and received my parts, they became my go-to shop for anything sheet metal. Their website is easy to use, they are very responsive to online requests and have the knowledge and expertise to successfully complete every type of job that I’ve given them. One great feature worth mentioning is how easy it is to get select the delivery timeframe of your parts directly from the quote. Additionally, the people that I’ve worked with at ASM always make sure my quote comes back fast. The quality is not just present on the people but it extends to the products they produce—the parts I’ve received have always been within tolerance and look better than the 3D model, which is hard to achieve. Laser cutting capabilities, powder coating, sheet metal work, you name it—they can do it better than anyone else.

ASM created a small run intricate part for me quickly and professionally. There turn around is exceptional, and the parts they made for me were some of the best parts I have seen in my 40 years in prototype and manufacturing. ASM will now be my go-to for sheet metal work.

My customer had 210 old doors they did not want to change, but wanted new hardware. ASM made us 420 plates for the project very quickly and the customer was extremely happy. This allowed us to maintain the existing doors, but prep for totally new hardware and cover the old holes.

I wish there wasa way to give Steve and ASM more than 5 stars... We are on a really tight schedule and needed SS316 and Al5052-H32 parts on really short order. The quoting process took very little time and we were able to place and order for the parts within a day. We needed a rush delivery (hardware installed) and ASM delivered with time to spare. Through all of this we encountered supplier issues with the spec'd hardware BUT ASM was able to find the correct hardware to get the job done. I will definitely include them in my next project. They are a must have partner for success.

First experience using Approved Sheet Metal was a great one! Don was very attentive and quick to respond with quotations, status updates, etc. They were able to finish a quick turn job for us a week early, and seem to be on about the same pace for a follow up order. We requested to send a driver to their shop for pickup, and they packaged the parts to accommodate our spatial limitations in a 6' bed. When our driver arrived, they were prepared and organized. The pickup took no longer than 5 minutes and the parts look great! All around smooth experience. ASM is a class act!

Used ASM to have a couple small sheet metal parts fabricated for a client.Other shops wanted concessions made to part geometry, or wanted to charge for special tooling...ASM did not. They worked well with me via the net, communication was easy, turn around time was good and pricing came in on the low end of my RFQ's. Had them ship the parts directly to my client, who was 100% satisfied with what he received. Will definitely do work with again, and would highly recommend.

Everyone has gone out of their way to help make sure I’m getting what I need. I’ve had many questions and they have all been answered.

In the final stages of our outdoor kitchen rehab project, I knew I'd have to find a solution for covering several cabinet spaces. The doors would have to be stainless steel, consistent with what we already have and they would need to be custom made - as no stock item would work. We had the good fortune to have ASM recommended to us. After providing a template/prototype of what we were looking for, Steve quoted a very fair price for the job, and Sean then completed the work by the time it was promised (rare today). Most importantly the doors were made precisely to the given measurements and the craftsmanship is high quality.
